Collective Bargaining

LINC

LINC stands for the "Local Implementation Negotiation Committee." Due to the bi-level bargaining nature of the STF, we have both local and provincial agreements. Each RPSTA teacher is affected by what is found in both contracts; We encourage you to read them closely.

Our current contract with Regina Public Schools expired on June 30, 2024.

You can find our current Local agreement at the bottom of this page.

The LINC chair can be reached at [email protected]

Members of the negotiation team are advised on decisions and strategies by the LINC Advisory Committee, made up of a number of teachers from our division. We are grateful for their involvement.
